My name is Jackie Frascatore, I am the founder, owner and trainer of A Dogs Life Training and Education. I am also a nurse and a veteran.

Here is a little bit of my history to give you some insight on why I love training dogs.

I remember how excited I was when I got my first dog. (I must have been a about 7 yrs. old.) My dad brought home some kind of beagle/hound mix. I named him Snoopy because Snoopy was, and still is my favorite dog. (Shhh, don't tell my now German Shepherds Misha, Luca, & Ace). Needless to say Snoopy was never trained but I loved him just the same. Once he was gone I missed him and would bring home every stray I could find. I would feed them, bathe them, and teach them tricks.

I have worked with numerous training methods, attended seminars, reading books, and consistently listen to the methods of world class trainers.

I have adopted what is a proven balanced method of education that is fun for both You and your dog. Marker training is the foundation of my training methods. Corrections are not used until your dog understands what we are asking from him/her.

The concept is easy, It's the dedication and patience is the hard part. I will give you the tools you need to communicate effectively with your dog, so that you can build your partnership and work together as a team. I look forward to working with you and your dogs.
